Our History
Founded in 2005 in Huzhou, China, C&D Materials started as a small workshop where founder Rain Yang turned his passion into decorative wood veneers. Guided by a deep appreciation for the beauty of natural wood and a commitment to quality, Rain and his team dedicated themselves to producing premium veneer sheets and rolls.
As the company grew, our product range expanded to include engineered wood veneers, natural wood veneers, molding profiles, and wall panels, providing clients with a one-stop solution—from raw veneers to fully finished products.
Today, C&D Materials stands as a trusted global supplier of high-quality wood materials, continuing to uphold our values of innovation, sustainability, and timeless craftsmanship.
Our Factory
We supply a comprehensive range of decorative wood veneer sheets and rolls from China.
Including natural veneers, engineered wood veneers, fleece/paper backed veneers, edge banding, profile wrapping veneers, UV pre-finished veneers, woven veneers, spliced veneer sheets, and matched veneer layons.
At C&D Materials, we merge advanced technology with expert craftsmanship to deliver premium veneer products for global markets.
With state-of-the-art equipment—such as veneer slicing, finger-jointing, splicing, and UV coating machines—we ensure consistent quality and long-lasting durability in every product we create.
With our extensive range of decorative wood veneers, we provide clients with a wide selection of veneered board options to suit different applications.
Beyond standard hardwood plywood and MDF, we also supply marine plywood, moisture-resistant MDF, fire-rated MDF, HDF, and chipboard.
For the face veneer, you can choose from 0.25mm thin natural or reconstituted veneers, as well as the widely used 0.4mm thickness available in both types.
For select wood species, we also offer veneer-faced boards in 1mm and 2mm thicknesses, providing additional strength and a more premium appearance.
Some wood species, like oak, walnut, teak, and cherry, we can also provide you with 3mm and 5mm thick face and back veneers.
In 2018, we broadened our product line to include molding profiles and wall panels, further enriching our diverse range of wood products.
Equipped with a complete set of advanced production machinery, we manufacture not only high-quality molding profiles but also fluted wall panels, ensuring we meet the evolving needs of the global market.
Clients can choose from wood veneer–wrapped or PVC film–wrapped profiles and panels, including skirting boards, white-primed mouldings, door frames, and architraves.
Our fluted wall panels and flexible tambour panels have become especially popular in North American and European markets, where demand for modern, decorative wall solutions continues to grow.
